Faculty and students may check out books from the library from Monday to Friday  at 3:00  P.M. and anytime of the day during Saturday.

Undergraduate students may check out a maximum of three books  in the  different subject areas from the General Circulation for overnight loan and must be checked in the following morning not later than 9:00 AM. A maximum of two Fiction books may be checked out for a period of two weeks. Materials placed on Reserve by faculty members for student use may not be checked out of the library.

Graduate students may check out a maximum of two books for a period of two (2)  weeks and must be checked in anytime in the next class day.

Faculty members may check out a maximum of two titles per subject taught from the General Circulation which must be returned at the end of the semester. Circulation books placed in shelves especially marked For Library Use Only may be checked out by faculty members for a period of one week and may be renewed for another week if faculty members or students do not reserve the book.
