  • How many books can be borrowed for home use? Three (3) books from General Circulation and two (2) fiction books
  • Can we access the subscribed online databases outside the university? Yes, please approach the Reference Librarian for the remote access account details
  • Do you have materials regarding Cagayan and its nearby provinces? Yes we have, It is located at the Local Collection Section
  • What classification scheme KIRN is using?   The materials are classified according to Dewey Decimal Classification System 
  • Do you have a photocopying services in the library? Yes, we have 
  • What is the primary requirement in utilizing the internet inside the library? Surrender your ID card at the Circulation Desk before entering the area.    
  • Can we borrow magazines, thesis  or dissertation for overnight use? No, you can’t. These materials are for library use only
  • What time can we check out books for overnight use? Checking out of books for overnight starts at 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Fiction books can be checked out anytime of the day
  • How can we borrow materials for overnight use? Just present the materials together with your ID card at the Circulation Desk 
  • Can the students suggest books to be acquired? Yes, you may simply fill-up the e-recommendation form and it will be evaluated by the Librarian for possible acquisition
  • To improve the services of the library, can we give comments and or suggestions? Yes, you can leave your comments/suggestions in the online survey form.
